Field NotesNOTEBY J.Longino: Tayrona National Park. Beach edge and dry forest. Nesting in 5-8mm dia dead sticks. Polygynous. These and a later observation of the same species were in open habitat at the forest edge, in full sun. I did not see them out foraging, suggesting nocturnal foragers.
