HabitatPoor fen - dominated by Sphagnum pylaesii, S. strictum, S. papillosum, Rhacomitrium lanuginosum, Betula pumila, B. michauxii, Scirpus caespitosis, and Carex exilis. Mostly lawns and mud bottoms with exposed acidic rocks on thin peat with indistinct flank patterns.
