Longino, NOTEDATE 15-Feb-03: JTL4921: Gnamptogenys bispinosa; workers walking more or less in column on rotten log; assumed returning to nest because they disappeared beneath the log, and there were abundant millipede shells on the ground beneath the log. Just 10m into forest along waterline trail. On the afternoon of the 16th I returned to this log and staked out a millipede. I tied the milipede to a piece of thread and attached it to the log. I watched the millipede for about 2 hours, but no Gnamptogenys foragers were out. I left the millipede out over night and returned the next morning (17th) just after breakfast. The millipede was being attacked by about 5 workers. Photos.",
