Field NotesNOTEBY LLAMA, NOTEDATE 28-May-11: Transect 2 crossed the peak of Cerro Jesus. Like transect 1, the samples were taken on the left side of the tape. Primary forest with lots of large oak trees, tree ferns, and palms. For all transect 1 samples and some (1-21) transect 2 samples there is possible contamination with alate termites due to a huge emergence during sample loading.
