Mr. Upton stated that the surface water temperature was 62°F and the fish was captured in 2.5 ft. of water. Mr. Upton recalled instructions on NCWRC informational flyers regarding what to do if you believe that you have caught a Snakehead; thus, he called the NCWRC the day after his catch.",
